1. Training content
This advanced seminar passed the analysis of the development status and construction difficulties of smart cities; the exploration of new smart city development trends; policy interpretation; top-level design and path exploration; big data, cloud computing, Internet of Things and other new information technology and smart technology application and innovation Solution design, demonstration city construction experience and case sharing, on-site teaching, etc. to further explore how to build a "people-centered" "to improve urban governance" under the development concept of "innovation, coordination, green, open, and sharing" A new type of smart city with capability and service level as the goal" and "oriented towards solving urban problems" will contribute to the sustainable and healthy development of the city.
2. Training method
The training methods include theme reports, seminars, academic exchanges, on-site teaching, etc. The seminar will invite well-known domestic experts and scholars to conduct lectures and training. At the same time, combined with the theme of the seminar, the company will arrange on-site teaching.

The construction of smart cities in China started early and yielded quick results. A series of achievements have been formed in the fields of information collection, network transmission, information processing, information development and application, and network information security. A number of leading companies with strong competitiveness have emerged. Greatly narrowed the gap with the world's advanced level, some of which are at the international leading level. Although the concept of smart city has been hotly discussed by all walks of life, and almost all references to the construction of smart cities can be seen in government reports, the concept of smart city construction is outdated and its connotation is vague. People often equate the construction of smart cities with urban informatization. The second is to value hardware investment and despise application development. Localities usually equate the construction of smart cities with building networks and installing probes, or are keen to build cloud storage and cloud computing centers. Insufficient attention is paid to how to advance application software development step by step, and investment is insufficient. The third is to attach importance to data collection and despise platform construction. Various departments often work independently, and the construction of a data sharing platform is struggling. The fourth is to attach importance to technology research and development and despise humanistic connotation. Smart cities cannot do without the support of a new generation of network information technology. In the initial stage of smart city construction, network infrastructure construction must go ahead. However, the essence of smart cities is that human wisdom drives urban development. If you leave the connotation of art, humanities and social sciences, and simply follow the route of technological supremacy, you will definitely lose everything. Fifth, the government should pay attention to the leadership and despise market forces. The construction of a smart city is a huge systematic project with the dual attributes of providing public goods and providing private goods. In the initial stage, government guidance is very necessary, but the government cannot always do everything. It is necessary to implement diversified financing and diversified subject participation based on the attributes of construction projects. The government should be responsible for top-level design, rule-making, and project construction in non-market areas. Profitable projects can be constructed by enterprises, and social investment and other modes should be adopted to ensure the sustainability of smart city construction. Sixth, attach importance to project construction and despise top-level design. The construction of smart cities in various regions often lacks top-level design and is keen on the construction of individual projects, resulting in a lack of organic connections between projects, which violates the organic law of smart cities, appears fragmented, and reduces the efficiency and benefits of smart city construction.
Looking forward to the construction of smart cities in my country, there are rare opportunities and unprecedented challenges. From the perspective of opportunities, one is the opportunity for the rise of high technology, cultural revival and urbanization. China is currently at the stage of rapid urbanization. The rise of a new generation of network information technology makes it possible for us to take the path of new urbanization, build green and smart cities, promote green and smart buildings and infrastructure construction, and develop smart public services and smart industries. Realize green and intelligent development. The second is the opportunity for wisdom-driven development to synchronize with transformation and upgrading. At this stage, our country is in the transition period of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and moving towards modernization. People’s needs are shifting from the hard consumption of food, clothing, housing and transportation to the soft spiritual consumption of learning, entertainment, and recreation, and the shift from focusing on the quantity consumption of commodities. The focus is on the quality of goods and consumption, and the construction of smart cities just meets this need for transformation and upgrading. From the perspective of challenges, first, at the technical level, building a city perception system, building a data sharing platform, building an application system, and ensuring information security are all facing certain challenges. Second, at the social level, there are a series of challenges in the integration of smart city convenience and citizen information privacy, artificial intelligence technology application and social ethics, network hardware facilities and the humanistic connotation of smart cities.
